Intercede Corporate Services (ICS) is proud to be 100% New Zealand Owned and Operated Intercede Corporate Services Team is based in Auckland and provides a wide range of Specialty Security and Merchandising Services to our customers in Auckland and the wider region.
Intercede was established in 2013 by Managing Director Claudius Ah-Loe. After 15 years working in the industry managing a Large Security Company and working alongside many industry leaders; Claudius recognised the need for tailored Site-Specific Security Services and the demand for Executive Protection. With this Vision Intercede Corporate Services was launched as a High-end Security Service Provider. The high quality of staff and impeccable management of venues and events was soon recognised by many clients and the demand for Intercedes Security Services grew. The Intercede Team went through a growth period and now proudly manage and support a large portfolio of clients ranging from SME’s to Multinationals within Auckland.
In 2020 with the presence of Covid-19 in New Zealand; Claudius recognised the need for a strong workforce to support the FMCG sector not only in Security Services (Loss Prevention / Crowd Control etc) but also in Merchandising Services. During this period Intercede was able to pivot their workforce of Security Staff to provide additional support with instore Merchandising Services to assist the grocery sector to keep up with the demand of the public. Intercede now have a dedicated team of Merchandisers that work 24/7 to support a number of Supermarkets in the wider Auckland region.

Intercede proudly support the FMCG industry providing Supermarkets and Warehouses around Auckland with a One Stop Shop Merchandising Service. Our dedicated teams of Merchandisers are fully equipped with the necessary PPE and we also offer fully licensed Fork Hoist Operators. Our strong and fit teams provide a 24/7 service to keep stock rotated and shelves full allowing our customers to benefit from a fully stocked store during operating hours. We also provide support during business hours with our professional team on the shop floor supporting the stores with Fresh Produce rotation and Chilled and Frozen Department upkeep.
We understand that all stores operate differently so we design and tailor our Merchandising Team and Services to support each individual location and budget.
