Intercede was established in 2013 by Managing Director Claudius Ah-Loe. After 15 years working in the industry managing a Large Security Company and working alongside many industry leaders; Claudius recognised the need for tailored Site-Specific Security Services and the demand for Executive Protection. With this Vision Intercede Corporate Services was launched as a High-end Security Service Provider. The high quality of staff and impeccable management of venues and events was soon recognised by many clients and the demand for Intercedes Security Services grew. The Intercede Team went through a growth period and now proudly manage and support a large portfolio of clients ranging from SME’s to Multinationals within Auckland.

 

In 2020 with the presence of Covid-19 in New Zealand; Claudius recognised the need for a strong workforce to support the FMCG sector not only in Security Services (Loss Prevention / Crowd Control etc) but also in Merchandising Services. During this period Intercede was able to pivot their workforce of Security Staff to provide additional support with instore Merchandising Services to assist the grocery sector to keep up with the demand of the public. Intercede now have a dedicated team of Merchandisers that work 24/7 to support a number of Supermarkets in the wider Auckland region.
